The purchase of a chassis dynamometer is very often a major investment, regardless of whether it is to be used for a specific project or serve as the basis for an operation. As with all investments they should be thoroughly evaluated prior to making a decision. Only then it is possible to base the decision upon facts, not fiction. Knowledge is everything when it comes to evaluating a technically intensive product such as a chassis dynamometer.

This method is however far from reaching the level of quality that Rototest demands for its products.
